Executive Functions are our brain's tools for managing daily tasks. They help with focusing, remembering, organizing, adapting, and controlling emotions, playing a key role in learning and everyday social interactions.
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I help kids with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Autism build the executive function skills they need to succeed—at school, at home, and in life. Backed by years of experience and a strength-based approach, I give families the tools to turn daily struggles into lasting progress.

Nadine has been a steady, supportive presence in our child's life for years. Her work with Executive Functioning has made a lasting difference - helping our child feel safe, seen and confident walking into school each day. She leads with compassion, always listens and communicates with genuine care. Nadine goes above and beyond in her role, offering tools and emotional support that empowers kids far beyond the classroom. We are so grateful for her dedication and heart.
Nadine is the most caring, conscientious, and helpful professional when it comes to working with neurodivergent kids or children that need extra support. She is very attentive and always goes above and beyond to help children and their familites with their various needs. I have worked with her for three years now for my two sons and am very happy with all of the work she has done for us - and she makes the best social stories!
I worked with Nadine for several years during which time she helped further the important agenda for inclusion, equity, diversity and accessibility in the complex context of a public school district. Nadine’s deep understanding of coaching and care enabled her to support those around her in ways that both honoured and grew the leadership of others. Nadine’s understanding of the importance of growth mindset, of connection and of simplifying to enable those around her to thrive made her a source of inspiration and rejuvenation!
I cannot say enough positive about Nadine and her EF coaching services. She was instrumental in getting my son back on track for a successful second year in university after a disastrous first year. She evaluated his personal strengths and weaknesses, using that information to build an individualized plan that included study skills, organizational and time management skills, and building healthier sleep and nutrition habits. She viewed him as a ‘whole’ person and used that lens to positively impact all areas. She provided him clear strategies and ways to track progress, focusing on the most salient areas first. Her consistency helped him generalize these strategies beyond just school-work. She also communicated both his successes and difficulties directly to me. His grades have increased significantly (to the A/B range) and he is feeling happy, successful, and good about himself and his abilities. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking to help their child or adolescent develop lifelong EF strategies.
